“The Future of Olives in the Face of Climate Change and International Marketing Challenges” forum, which was dedicated to launching the third edition of the Egyptian Olive Festival witnessed great success in the presence of a large number of officials, a number of participating scientists and researchers heads of participating bodies and companies. The forum was launched in the city of Matrouh, the land of olives, under the patronage of Major General Khaled Shuaib Governor of Matrouh, and the governor inspected a number of participating companies on the sidelines of the forum. A number of researchers also participated in giving a number of seminars to discuss how to improve and develop the olive oil and table olive production sector and what are the recommendations and proposals to advance this agriculture. The Governor of Matrouh announced the launch of the third Egyptian Olive Festival, next December in Cairo, in Freedom Park in Zamalek, thanking all organizers and participants.
